We were privileged to help the Transport Accident Commission develop a multi-touchscreen application for their Learning Studio, part of the Road to Zero safety experience.

The Studio is a space where Year 9 and 10 health students can plan, implement and critique strategies to enhance the health, safety and wellbeing of their communities. Drawing on info from a stack of user experience testing with students and teachers, we developed a custom video editing touchscreen application that allows groups of students to create their very own road safety ad campaign. After an initial briefing, students are asked to choose an audience, conduct research on the audience and then use the customized software to pull together a 30-second ad campaign aimed at saving lives on Victorian roads. Running across multiple touchscreens and rooms, the platform was a stand-alone application that allowed groups to participate in the program at once.

Grumpy Sailor operates on lands belonging to the Gadigal people of the Eora nation, and the Boon Wurrung and Woiwurrung (Wurundjeri) peoples of the Kulin nation.

We acknowledge these traditional owners and we pay our respects to leaders past, present and emerging.
